Where do converted images go?

Converted images are saved to your Photos library and listed in the History tab inside the app. Nothing is uploaded; all conversion happens on your device.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. Sign in with the same Apple Account you used for the original purchase.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the iPhone Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → Convert HEIC to JPG Converter → Cancel.

Which formats are supported?

Input: HEIC, HEIF, JPG, PNG, WebP, TIFF and other formats iOS can read. Output: JPG, PNG, PDF, WebP, TIFF and more. The free plan converts up to 3 images per batch.
